****med of R1500

This company ****med me. An amount of R1500 was deducted from me without even authorisation, I have never even received a contract from them, I don't know what services they offer. Please refund me my R1500, whatever service I have I want to cancel. I have been calling since 30 January with no luck, I am always told that they are waiting for feedback and never get back to me.
