Refund never received - Dishonest - Poor Service

I should actually rate them 0 , worse service ever I never signed a contract with them canceled as soon as I realized they not worth having withing 3 days of the call to from the consultant on the 4th July I received to cancelation letter 25th July they deducted R2000 from my bank account after endless calls emails and whatsapp messages I received a refund of R1000 when I queried this no one assisted I have now been assi grf to the 2nd new consultant since then who also has not help me in any way these people were quick to deduct money they were not authorized to deduct and now giving me the runaround for my full refund. Discount and Poor service.
