Refund From The Company

I app**** for the company to assist me ,i send all documents they requested for and they sent me de*****eck which i approved in Feb but along the line i had question ,i sent via emails and their watsap but no response and then sent them emails and watsaps to cancel my contract before it even resume. In the terms and cnditions it allowed me to cancel 5 days before debit date but i did that more . On the 7 of March i then decided to call personaly and cancel and Lulama informed is canceled and they wont debit my account,i also spkoe yo Elicia who also confirmed its cancelled and no debit will take place. To my suprise on the 15 they debited 5000 from my account,when i ask for my refund now they telling me stories about getting 50% back while ot was their fault . All communication send no response was received from them ,can Hello Peter help me with my refund. I have proof of all.
