poorest service ever

I am very frustrated as a client as i interacted with MM Wentzel Consultant for the Debt mediation process and all staff members that work for the company are *********** and unreliable as they never delivered the service as promised on initial conversation and i advised am cancelling because i never received a contract of signed any contract on record but yet there amount of R7000.00 deducted from my account and was reversed back for the month of September and again i was debited another R7000.00. No one wants to return my money because i don't have any formal agreement signed with the organization. I have spoken to Anathi, Bronwyn and Sharon and none of this consultants came back to me as promised or at least returned my call for that matter. this organization is unorganized , unstructured and no accountability from any of the staff members. i would not advise anyone to use their services is super pathetic
