Poor service providers!!!
I called them around August to enquire about their service I was impressed at first. They sent a debit check first but no contract was signed. A month later I sent a WhatsApp to their consultant asking for cancellation of the debit check they mentioned that it was sent to their admin dept it will take 3 to 5 days. On the 24 November I was debited an amount of R . I called several time and even sent an email a week ago but no one answer. I just want a reversal of the amount they debited on my account. I would not advise anyone to use their services is super pathetic.

05 Jan 2024, 11:58Still today i have not received any response from them I have been sending them emails with no reply at all, I tried calling them several times but once their consultant take down my details they just disconnected the call. THIS COMPANY REALLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
