No clearance letter

I’m very disappointed in MM Wentzel, I deal with a lady called Aphelele, she ignores my emails and calls. I’ve been waiting for my clearance letter for months now and not winning. I wish they could assist me and give feedback on what the hold up is because this is frustrating
