No application but already debited.

Did an application to their service was assisted by Eddie one of their service consultant this was in early June, and they took a bedit on the 25th but never went through with the application when I call in they are unreachable expecially after 4pm, when I called to find out more they cannot pick me up on their system, the Eddie Agent I was advised no lnger works there and another agent by the name of Malayzo advised she will escalate it to manager Ayisha and no feedback yet I also tried to contact Senzo another manager from there and no luck I have whatsapp proof and debit order proof but no has gooten back to me they keep on taki8my details and never get back to me. And when I call in they just transfer to an extion where u leave ur details but still no call back and no manager on floor whats to take my calls I've spent almost 200 on airtime calling the and no luck. This is by far the worst service I've received ever. I hope hello pietwr can help by getting my money back. I cannot even reverse my money coz they did a debit check and now getting hold of them is a problem.
