Not good at all . Never got the services they promised me. I've been requesting for my refund since the 25th and was promised my refund. The manager Senzo told me that within 5-7 days i will get my refund. When I follow up today the consultant said they will check with finance department they will call me after 5 mins. But they didn't call. I called after 2hrs and was transferred to Senzo they call was constantly cut. Atleast after 5 attempts i got hold of him. He said to me i need to send again a bank statement because finance requested for it but I did send it before . And he never bothered to call me and tell Me. Until I called for the whole day trying to get hold of him. I send him text which he never respond to. What kind of service is that and what kind of manager is that. 🤧
