MM Wentzel ****med my bank

Hello my name is Mokou Sophia I have a problem with MM Wentzel last year 3rd December I called them asking for help in terms of debt review, so they said they said they will help me clear my bad credit record and boost my score, by that time my score was 572 and they said I must pay R1975 for 2 months, and it will take 31 working days, so I waited but nothing happened, when I call their landlines are not working they gave me someone called Baggio to be my profile manager, he then said he cannot help me I must try and open an account for myself to boost my score, my question is how come I boost my score while I'm paying someone who promised to do it, today I went to the bank to dispute their debit order only to find out that they did credit check and it cannot be dispute, why are you guys not wanting me to take my money while you are not doing anything I feel so sad because by now I should have seen some changes, my score only increased to 585 which is normal for a score to increase everymonth for everyone who does not have a bad record please bring back my money if you cannot help me than to **** me
