MM Wentzel debt review Clearing

I had a run in with one of the consultants from MM Wentzel Credit Clearance(name not to mention) when I was at an emotional low. She told me that they could restructure debt and deal with creditors without me being on debt review. I clearly did not think it through and instructed them to cancel my agreement. The debit order went off and up until today I have not heard from them or received a call, neither any distribution advice as to where my money went. Maybe open a *****ulent case with SAPS will suffice to get attention from them? Please stay clear from them. They did not help me at all.
