MM Wentzel, ****???

Extremely bad service, MM wentzel are supposed to help with debt mediation but instead I've been left worse off than I was when I contacted them. I agreed to pay an installment for MM Wentzel to assist with mediation and instead I've been deducted by MM wentzel and all the companies they are supposed to mediate me with. Called and asked if they can please reverse the first month installment to allow me to please contact the other providers and cancel the debit order with them and I was told 'we will send a request but it will most likely be cancelled', the consultant then distanced himself from the query which he had dealt with.

The same company that promised me the world to assist me with getting my debt in order has now turned their back on me resulting in me having to get into further debt to survive through the month. The first installment can't be reversed as this had to go to admin/legal fees?? I'm confused as nothing has been done.
