Mickey Mouse Operation

When I first join this company, I was so excited with their friendly service. They explained everything in details and communicated regularly. Then I made payment of the full amount and then they went silent. I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to get an update on my application, this one sends me to the next one, I cant get a straight answer from them I am absolutely disgusted with this service. I never lose my cool or respect with anyone but today, I just go so angry with their service.
