Loosing a job

Mmwetzel promised to remove my name from debt review in March 2023.they wanted R8025 which they debited. In July they send me clearance certificate. Now in Nov 2023 my boss told me my name is on debt review list. To my surprise I send emails to mmwetzel and they never rep****. I called and spoke to Mitchel who sounded like she is going to help me. She took my ID number and name and said she will call me back which she didn't. I called again and spoke to Aphelele who also I thought she is going to help. She told me I was still on debt review and she has to start the process again cause she can't see on the system who told me that im no longer on the list. She send forms and after sending back to her she said they were wrong cause I'm married in community of property. Even today she has not send amended one. She is ignoring my messages. The painful part is I'm about to loose my job unless I provide proof that I'm no longer in debt review but mmwetzel employees don't care. I don't know how many times I asked to talk to Wetzel himself. I don't know if this is a police matter or should I find a lawyer. Please help me
