incorrect debit

These people are such ******, talk about bad service ...Spoke to Thato and his superviser to taken up a contract with them but after i gave them my banking details and activated debit check the supervisoer turned around and change the entire sales pitch that Thato gave and then right then and then i told her i longer want the policy and they must stop as it is now not what i wanted..no contract was send to me sign but my money was debited from account.Called and Spoke to Zoleka who says her boss Lihle wants to refund 50% of what they took ..how since i had no documents that i signed to showthat have taken the contract and also no one read those conditions to me because the deal was cut short..i want all my refund back as soon as possible..Zoleka ever sinced promised to email me a cancellation latter even now i have not received it yet..i gave her time to sort this out but she could not and i told her i will take this route as i am sick and tired of calling them all the time to joy.
