i need my money back

I have recently wrote a review regarding my matter where mm Wentzel deducted an amount of R3000 from account without my authorization, they have since rep**** to say my refund is under review, i need to know what is being being reviewed in requesting my money back and how long will this review go on because this money was deducted in May we are in the month of July and there is no further communication or even the money hasn't been refunded back into my account, they rep**** here but never on the emails i send personally or even on the WhatsApp number they have provided me with. can i please get hep in escalating this matter as i have encountered a lot of setbacks already with that money being taken from me.
