Have Faith...in Faith!

In the beginning...I was not happy-due to the fact that an Yolanda whom worked for the company gave us false information ,not being in communication. After numerous phone calls and their manager being in a meeting almost every time I phoned and not contacting me back. About my questions and worries. Then a lady by the name Faith , contacted me ,explained that ,the previous lady Yolanda , gave us wrong information , but she (FAITH) will explain everything in detail. Which Faith did , we very unhappy at firs to receive the news, but we are delightful to be clients of MM Wentzel and we want to thank Faith for her excellent help and service and that she was willing to assist in any possible way. Thank you faith, we appreciate you.
