Good afternoon, I am not happy at all with the service I’m getting from Lulama and Siseko

Good afternoon, I am not happy at all with the service I’m getting from Lulama and Siseko. They gave me their WhatsApp numbers to make it easy for to chat to them but it’s just useless for me because they are not responding to my emails and WhatsApp messages. A month ago in the 19th of July I send Lulama email to cancel my application and also refund my debit order for July, till today I’m still waiting😠 Can I get someone from your refund department to assist me please because even the calls when I call they transfer me then the call gets cut? Please treat this as an urgent matter before I take further steps.
