Dont do business with MM WENTZEL(**** ALERT)

MM Wentzel called me on the 30th of October 2024 regarding Debt mediation and run through my finances and advised they could help but in order for me to proceed with the process and for them to send me application forms, i needed to accept a debit order mandate, i agreed knowing this wasnt me agreeing to be their client but to have a look at their proposal. accept the debit order mandate and received the forms and wasnt happy as they had **** on the status of my income, reducing it by 60%. Seeing this lie, i did not sign their documents. but they proceeded to debit my account, in January 2024, i reversed the debit order and in February 2024, they debited again. now they are telling me i have an agreement with them of which i dont and are refusing to refund me my R6500. I WANT my money now and have logged this with the NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR.
