Dissappointed and Angry

Good day I'm very dissappointed with the services I'm getting I've been requesting for statements for my creditors which i never receive any. Now they debited as usually to pay FNB credit card and personal loan it never happen. The Consultant name was Sinazo now i dont even get hold of them. Please help
