Debt review

It was 11 July 2023 when they phone and tell me about how they can help me,so since I was looking for help I found that they are a good field that will help me unfortunallay I was triggered by this people I made a mistake by signing yet they deduct the money on my account whereby they don't knw who are they going to pay and if I call them to reverse the money cause this other party all deduct the money they told me I've signed but who are they going to pay exactly cause they have to hear from me who to do so.There is the guy there by the name of Sergio he promised that he will get back to me after listening to the call record until today nothing and my money is no back to hence I still want that money back no matter what the **** cause I got no service to them what so ever I can tell u this month I'm ****en struggling like headless chicken cause of that money they diduct on my account without the deal been finilised so please help me to get my money back and don't ****en need their services anymore they unprofessional but quick to take people's money and now no answer on all of there calls all of them
