Debit Order Without Service

An agent called me Oct 2023 offering me their services claiming that they will help me with my credit score and I pay after the service. They did help me at all, it got quiet fast forward to Jan 2023 they deduct R1750 from my bank account and made it a debit check so that I cannot reverse it. I called them 3 asking them why, they have no answer because they know no service was delivered. I sent *** 3 emails and no response. Don’t ever use this company, they will debit your account without your approval and play run around. Worst company ever!!!
