Complain

Hi. I would like to lay a complain about this company Mmwentzel. This company i signed up with them in regarding the matter of them removing me from debt review. Now i hear that they still moved me to another debt review company called Review King.

I spoke Ndzondy who asked me to write an email to my former debt counselors to request for a transfer, i did what she asked me. After she gave me feedback that they still waiting for my clearance certificate which will take up 10 business day ,which none of that happened. When i try to call them and WhatsApp them to follow up on the process no answers the phone nor even answer my texts on whatsapp and they debit on my account every month.

No one communicates with me or keep me updated. Can something be done cause i think this company ****s people.
