Be aware of mmwenztel

My name is ivan zitha..I consulted mmwenztel regarding my credit review removal and we've agreed on terms.. after deducted all the amount they requested they now staring not to take my calls. No feedback. Everytime when I call the it's like I'm a ghost to them. Sometimes they promise to call and never call.. for others be aware and warned about this people they're ****. It's almost 7 months since I've paid them but nothing has changed to my credit report
