Bad services false advertising and public relations

So I saw this add on Facebook I then app**** for debt mediation signed up then cancelled within 30 days of contract 1st payment took now that I'm emailing and messaging Mr Senzo the account manager to action my refund after he asked bank statement and confirmation of cancellation constant messages send no response I'm appalled at the service level I got would not recommend anyone using this company even staff I dealt with previously are ignoring emails and messages it's been almost 2 months trying to get my refund
