Bad service and no backbone.

After numerous email conversations with Trisha-Lee Schwulst which he say she is the personal assistant to the GM and her promises that the GM will contact me is to no avail. I am almost done with my debt counseling and now that i start requesting information and paid up letters they say it is not their duty to get the letters i must request it from my debtors and forward it to them which is not what i was told when i joined them almost two years ago. I am still waiting for them to contact me.
