BAD SERVICE!!

I logged a query last year November about a debit order REVERSAL of R1050 which they deducted without me signing any contract. I sent multiple emails to them also I have a review which i wrote last year hoping for urgent assistance but I did not receive any response till to-date. I even wrote an email to the founder and CEO of MM Wentzel (Dolan Wentzel) on the 5th of January but still to-date I did not get any response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE ELSE.
