Aphelele is a lair!!! MM Wentzel service sucks

Their sign-on progress is very good they offer a life line Kirt and Senzo where helpful However as for Aphelele the portfolio manager to closing the progress is the worst. she's made endless empty promises that we would have our clearance certificate more than a month ago. we are still waiting we were excited that there was hope and now all hope is gone. They do NOT provide feedback nor return calls. it's one empty promise after another. I am extremely frustrated
