Angry Customer

MM Ventzel is nothing but a ****. I signed up with them to take me off debt review in 2021, promising the process will only take 6 months. Two years later, all I get is excuse after excuse. I paid over R8k and the service is still not received. I drove to their offices in Sandton, and guess what, they don't have regard/care about anything but signing up new clients who are later going to add numbers of complainants. I was told a lady at their branch in Capetown, Nzondi, is dealing with my account, I 've never spoken to her even once because she doesn't take customer calls as she knows her company is a ****.

They closed the what'sapp system because there was no other lie they could tell anymore.
