No Payment Being Dishonest

In April 2013 Martini installed a extraction canopy in my store. He was paid . A few weeks later he asked me if I could help him source a extraction canopy system as he had a client that needed one . I sourced the correct sized system and Martini promised to pay me commission of R5000.00 once he had installed and his client had paid him. He paid me R250.00 short promising me to make good. He again asked me to source another canopy system as he had another client who needed a specific size. I again sourced one and we again agreed on a commission of R5000.00 commission. He installed the system and was paid. When I asked him for my payment he asked me to give him time as he had a cash flow problem. 2 years down the line he no longer answers my calls or msg . He complains that Spar ,PnP, Shoprite and Hungry Lion pay him late . I wonder how he would feel if they did not pay him at all . His details are as follows Martini *** [Email Removed]
