very poor service from samsung agent

Keep away from this company. They charged me 700 call out fee to diagnose a problem on my washing machine and tumble dryer. This was done in jan 2020. Its now august and they have not supp**** me with a quote or any correspondence. I think they simply make money on the call out fee which is ***** if they do not consult afterwards. They are samsung accredited agents which questions how samsung selects their service providers. Clearly Samsung and this company are jointly liable for this.
