WOW. When I first contacted Samsung and they said go too MM All, naturally I did a check on the reviews for them. What I found was SHOCKING. So I called and asked about the reviews. The gentleman who answered said he was aware of the reviews and said those staff members responsible were no longer there. So I took the plunge, BOY was I happy. Very Professional Help at the office. Knew what they were talking about. And my repair was done in a day.
