Useless!

This company is beyond useless with *********** staff, I have been constantly following up on repairs, the staff have a terrible attitude towards their clients, i requested a manager to contact me on Friday and i was told that they were in meetings and i suppose from Friday till Monday morning they probably still sitting in meetings because no one contacted me yet. I requested a formal report, which the technician advised they do not do and that i should have a look at the quotation. I do not understand how Samsung can mandate this company to do their work!

Their phone and internet lines have been down for weeks, i cannot seem to understand how this business is been run... Its high time they realize that they in the services industry and they need to provide a service if they cannot do that then do not waste our time rather sell potatoes on the side of the road!
