I left my phone with MM All Electronics on the 10th of March 2015. All they had to do is fix the screen and the motherboard as it had water damage. I sent through all the proofs that were needed such as the proof of purchase, insurance etc. and I haven't heard from them since. I have emailed and called on a daily basis. The receptionist doesn't put me through to the right person. The contact I had, [Email Removed] has not rep**** to my emails ever. This Leso person has disappeared. I asked to speak to Nina who is the owner and she is impossible to get hold of. I spoke to Jack who is the assisting manager and he said he will come back to me and I am still waiting. My advice to you is to not use MM All Electronics for your electronic needs. If you have a Samsung phone like me, rather try other outlets but not MM Electronics CC. I am disgusted on how they treated me and no one seems to recall my phone or I. Be warned, these people are ********, ********** and *******.
