The worst service ever with no communication on a simple repair of speakers for my tv.

I took in my tv for speakers, I mean just speakers on the 22nd of March... good lawd have I received the worst service ever... no communication, no update, their phones are always unanswered, the attitude of the staff is shocking, the timelines are ridiculous as nothing is communicated. Basically this is the worst company to deal with... I’ve never revived such bad service from services/ repair company... I even paid the quotation thinking that would speed up the process but dololo as that didn’t motivate them as well. I can’t wwit to get back my tv and never deal with this fly by night company who claims to be Samsung Seevices company... Samsung must reviews their relationship with these clowns!!!
