Shocking Customer service - IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of.

<p>This store is the one and only provider of Samsung spares in Gauteng - yet you cannot get hold of them! They provide a landline on their webpage that they never answer (this is also the only number all the other Samsung stores pass on to you - they don't deal with spares). They also provide a whatsapp number which they don't answer or reply to. You cannot get hold of this store to find out if they have what you need in stock or can order it for you!</p> <p> </p> <p>Totally infuriating as this is the only store one can deal with in Gauteng and clearly you have to drive there to find anything out. If the store is far away and they do not have what you need - tough!</p> <p> </p> <p>Samsung head office was just as useless - lines just ring and ring with no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
