Samsung tv repairs

Samsung repairs is the worst! My tv just started showing lines on its own and they are now telling me I broke it? Ridiculous! If it was physical damage the screen would have at least cracked! I want this sorted asap! I’m starting to regret buying a Samsung! I thought it was the only legit brand left out there!!!
