Samsung Customer Care Centre - MM All Electronics

Terrible service, they actually deserve no star rating. I went to MM All Electronics at The Wedge, Morningside on a Saturday, 07-12-2019, around 12:30 and found that they were turning customers away because they were going to a Christmas function. I told them, what they were doing is wrong because according to their website they close at 13:00.They finally allowed us in.

Monday afternoon, 09-12-2019, I received an email with a quote for the repair of my tablet A, 10.1. I immediately responded that, the tablet was still under warranty and that it was brought in for the same problem on 01-10-2019 and was repaired, hardly a week later, it did the same thing. Therefore the 3 months repair warranty still applies as well.

Today, 11-12-2019, they sent me a response that my warranty is voided due to physical damage on the SIM pins.

That's utter nonsense! They are the only ones who opened it, considering how many times it went in for repairs. Now because my warranty is about to expire, they are trying to make money from me.

I've bought so many Samsung phones and this one was the worst. It kept needing repairs. Poor quality.
