Repairs only valid for three months

I am appalled that repairs to my Samsung fridge made by a supposed approved Samsung supplier are only valid for 3 months.<br> Does this mean that I can look forward to a bill of R1000 every 3-6 months for the foreseeable future. How is it possible that an elements that lasted in the original for nearly five years only lasts now for 6 months after the repair.<br> Doesn't seem feasible to me.....<br> And of course they take no responsibility for this - simply to say that I should book the call out and pay.<br> So I guess this needs to go further.<br> How do I even know that they used genuine parts - better to go with trusted supplier in future and not a bunch of cheats. Samsung - don't know what you were thinking!!!
