poor service

I took my wifes galaxy s4 for screen replacement on a saturday. I was told it should take between 2 an 4 hours. Sat outside in my car waiting for the phone. No one send me a message to let me know that the phone is fixed. Just before closing time I went in and the phone was ready. I got home and the phone is not charging and the flash does not want to work. It gives a error of battery temp too low. Phoned again and spoke to Nina who is the manager. After 2 mails and 5 phone calls she is still not responding to me! Worst service I have ever experienced from a manager!!
