poor customer service

unreliable and ************* company. took my TV for repair on the 03rd of January 2018 to MM All electronic and was assisted by the Gentlemen called Nolan and they said my TV will be ready in 2weeeks times even Today still waiting. what is sad is that they dont even have the decency to communicate. i ended up calling almost everyday where by i get different people all the time with different stories including managers on duty. on the 31st of January Nina Apologised for lack of customer service and promised to communicate better, but hell no nothing has changed.----- REPLY ABOVE THIS LINE TO SEND A RESPONSE ----- Dear Sir as per our telephonic conversation, I do apologise for the lack of communication. as I checked on the system the estimated time of the part arrival is today I will follow up and let you know the progress in 2 days
