Poor communication and unwilling to commit to appointments.

I was reffered to this company by Samsung to advise on a washing machine repair. After 3 days, the company seems unable or unwilling to commit to an actual call-out to inspect the machine.

Communication with this company over the phone and their Whatsapp channels is slow and inneffective. They advised that someone will get in touch with me, but they failed to do so despite numerous follow-up requests on my part.

These are big red flags for me, so I strongly advise against making use of their services.
