phones *****s never was put back

I took off from work to take my phone in, the customer service was very good I must add. When I got to the office I got an SMS saying my phone is ready for collection. A couple of days later I collected my phone. The following day my phone freezes everytime you switch it on. This has never happend before. I am not blaming them for my phone freezing but its very odd<br> odd. When I took out my sim card I saw that my phone's *****s never were put back. My phone was on clips. I cant take off agian from work. I tried to get a an complaint email adress from the samsung SA's facebook page but got no response.<br> I did send an email to CEO of Samsung complaining about my phone and the only response I got was to be directed to the nearest Samsung store. They couldn't help me witch is why I emailed the CEO. As a massive samsung fan,I am very dissapointed. I am looking to get the Note 4 edge but I am starting to get my doubts.
