Pathetic service.

Pathetic service!!!! No customer care at all, poor communication. Tarnishing the image of Samsung company. No one could give me an answer to why my PCB which they sold me was not working. There are no exchange or refund??? What must I do with a product that doesn't work??? Pathetic. When you call the call center they will answer the phones after a while, take your details and never come back to you.
