No customer support Samsung

Tried to contact this company in Morningside 4 times and left messages. No return phone call, they also take a long time to answer at the switchboard. Stay away, Samsung should suspend their trading agreement. If this is the customer support level accepted by Samsung, will not purchase any Samsung product in future.
