MM All shocking service. Stay well clear

MM All Electronics must be one of the worst service agents in the country. Contacted them on Monday. Demanded up front R870.00 call out fee. On Tuesday, they said service consultant would come out We’d or Thur, so I must be available. Arrived 6.30pm on Thursday. Said I need a new motor and controller. Promised a quote the next day. It’s Monday and still no quote. After one hour in line I remain number 8 in queue. I’ve tried their call back facility and they never call back.
