MM ALL Electronics sad service

What a way to end this. My monitor was with MM All electronics for two weeks, until i went this week and i was told they ordered my part. Today i go there im told they cant fix it and i must pay the assessment fee. Worse i get home, my monitor is not enclosed and left like that . But all is good :-(
