MM All Electronics is giving Samsung a bad name

Our washing machine broke in December & we didn't mind the call out fee and cost of part..... but just get the machine working. We are told of something new each day & at this point, we might as well get a new machine. This company is giving Samsung a bad rep. The technician is super ***** & doesn't seem to know what he's doing.
