MM All does not do ALL, rather MM Nothing

Absolutely shocking service!!! Been trying for almost a month to get my tumble dryer fixed. Technician came and watched the machine for 2 minutes and claimed it was the motor. Paid the quote and waited a week for technician to return. He came back with the new motor and then said it was the bearing. After another week, came back again and now says it is the control board. 1 month with no working machine and money sitting in their bank account. Requested a manager to contact me and absolutely nothing. Not even a quote for the control board. Absolutely disgusting service.
