My washing is faulty.

I logged a call with Samsung SA and was referred to MM All Electronics. I received an invoice for R870.00 that clearly states call out and 1 hour labour. I paid it and instead they got an agent to call me and ask ridiculous questions trying to assist me telephonically. Needless to say my washing machine is still not working. This is a money making **** and I need a refund so that I can look for an accredited dealership that can actually come and look at the machine.
