*********** technicians, poor repairs, dishonest team

Stay away from this company. I cannot believe that Samsung allows this business to represent them. They have pocketed my money for a repair they did not execute properly. My 4-year-old washing machine had a small leakage through the front door - they replaced the seal, and the problem persisted. I reported it on the day because the technician left my house without running a proper test; he just looked at the machine during the 1st few mins of the cycle, which is not when it leaks. Long story short - they removed my washing machine, and a week later, I hadn't heard from them. Upon following up, they told me they were waiting for "parts". I asked them to bring my machine back, and when they did, the unskilled technician put the machine in place, but he did not connect it properly, so my house flooded, and he had to come back to do something so basic as connecting a hose pipe. It had been over 4 months, no update, nothing, so I asked for a refund. They responded they could not refund me anymore since it's been longer than 3 months since they "repaired" the machine. EXCUSE ME???? What a bunch of ******. Their incompetence knows no limits - So I had to follow up for months to no avail. Meanwhile, they've been waiting all this time for their "warranty" to expire and charge me again. WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY DOES THIS??? ********, *****, ***********, NEGLIGENT BUNCH OF PEOPLE. You all have the jobs you deserve at a company with such a bad reputation. Keep the money and enjoy it. You and Eskom are the same - negligence moves you.
